Arranging Care

Arranging care, particularly if you are new to the process, can seem daunting. The following links explain who does what, how the council assesses your needs for care and also how they decide whether or not you are eligible for council-funded care. Also within this section, you’ll find information about moving from children’s to adult services and who to contact if you are unhappy with any part of the process or the service you’re receiving.
